Heavier penalties for errant drivers

THERE have been two reports of two drivers involved in separate road accidents being tested positive for drugs.

The first was the driver of the double-decker bus accident in Bentong on Saturday and the other the driver of the lorry involved in the death of the MP for Jelutong, Karpal Singh yesterday.
