OVER the past few days, much has been written regarding the Kidex elevated highway. I am not a transportation expert but as a layman I find the proposal lacks merit.
Firstly, the highway concessionaire building the Kidex does not have the RM2.1bil needed for the construction, so we go back to the usual practice of borrowing.
