A different view on moral relativism

I REFER to Md. Asham Ahmad’s article “A web of morality and knowledge” (The Star, Feb 4).

I would like to focus on three aspects: the writer’s misrepresentation of moral relativism, his misuse or misunderstanding of certain terms, and the implications which follow from his rejection of relativism and subsequent defence of absolutism.
