Disposable containers can be reused

WE refer to the report “Don’t re-use plastic containers as there are health hazards, says toxicologist” (The Star, Aug 22).

The Malaysian Plastics Forum (MPF)/Malaysian Plastics Manufacturers Association (MPMA) believes that the report would create fear among the public by suggesting health concerns that are not scientifically supported.
