Indah Water Konsortium (IWK) indicated some time back that they will be changing the basis of calculating sewerage charges from its present practice of using property value to the internationally accepted method based on water consumed by customers.
Sewerage charges affect a large number of the community and IWK should respond immediately to complaints on the present unfair method of imposing charges across the board.
