LIKE many Kota Kemuning residents, I frequent our local post office at least twice monthly after work.
I notice there is always a huge crowd waiting and many have to wait outside the building.
There are approximately 1,500 customers daily and only three counters. Worse, one counter is usually closed.
Undelivered registered mail has to be collected at the main post office in Shah Alam 13km away.
There are many more housing and developmental projects coming up, both in Kota Kemuning and adjacent Bukit Rimau.
With an ever increasing population, it is time we have a new post office with enough service counters, seating, parking and storage space for collection of undelivered registered mail.
