Give reasonable time frame

WE refer to the letter “Wildlife Act is fine, no need to review regulations” (The Star, Sept 27).

Firstly, we wish to clarify that the P4PHM (the Association of Zoo Operators, Breeders, Entrepreneurs and Rearers of Wildlife Malaysia) has not called for a review of the Wildlife Conservation Act (2010, Act 716) but a subsequent set of regulations that were being enforced by Perhilitan under Section 132(e) of the Act.
