WE refer to “New drivers not taught properly” (The Star, Feb 27) on the attitude, behaviour and competency of Malaysian drivers.
We certainly agree that these things need immediate attention if bad driving behaviour is to be reduced and good on-road behaviour and skills are to be enhanced.
