THE stretch of beach along Tanjung Bungah Beach Hotel and Naza Tallya Hotel is, I think, the most beautiful and cleanest on Penang island.
My three children and I moved to Penang almost five years ago. Among our daily routine is to walk along the beach in the evening. We hardly come across stray dogs on this stretch of the beach.
