RECENTLY, there has been much comment and coverage of the bumiputera development agency (Teraju) tasked with improving the economic situation of the bumiputeras. Most have been negative and derisory.
Looking at their website, Teraju was set up to lead, coordinate and drive the bumiputera agenda alongside the ideals of the Economic Transformation Programme.
