Get citizens to participate in urban governance

The Najib Administration has agreed to commit itself to stream­line and improve its administrative machinery, fight corruption and enhance efficiency in its public service delivery system.

In line with these objectives, local councils and local authorities should also strive to provide better and more efficient services to the residents under their control and supervision.
