I REFER to the statement by Malacca Chief Minister Ali Rustam that all non-bumiputras born in Malacca with the code “04” in their IC can apply for Amanah Saham Nasional.

After he made the declaration, I opened an account in CIMB, Amanah Saham Nasional, starting with RM100.
