AGENSI Kaunseling dan Pengurusan Kredit (AKPK) or Credit Counselling and Debt Management Agency was set up by Bank Negara Malaysia to provide financial education, credit counselling and debt restructuring services to individuals. All services offered by AKPK are free of charge.  

AKPK was established to proactively ensure that the household sector continues to be resilient by providing an avenue for individual borrowers and potential borrowers to seek advice and assistance in managing their finances and debts while at the same time promoting a sound and robust banking system.
