BULBIR Singh’s advice to Malaysians(“Wake up call for all” – Sunday Star,Sept 30) is most timely.
First and foremost, it is indeed the duty ofall parents to teach and ensure their childrenunderstand and practise personal safety aswell as civic consciousness.
