CAP is disturbed to learn that some meat meant for a school’s meal was left to defrost on the floor for 14 hours, and that some workers involved in food preparation have not received the required vaccinations. A freezer was also found situated near a toilet.
These are some of the appalling conditions believed to be linked to the recent spate of food poisoning cases in several schools in Kedah and Kelantan.
