IT IS not only the Prime Minister but also the public, especially Kuala Lumpur residents, who have every reason to be upset over the floods that hit many parts of the city.
The fact that flash floods can hit Kuala Lumpur so easily after a heavy downpour points to the fact that there is something very seriously wrong with our drainage system.
