Act on illegal car emblems

AS Kevin Eng rightly observes an increasing number of cars are sporting emblems next to their car plates (So many number plates with emblemsSunday Star, June 10). I am sure many of these cars do not belong to VIPs, who are allowed to use emblems on their cars. 

On a few occasions, I have sported emblems with the words, 'Bar Council', 'Kuala Lumpur', 'Polis' and names of the different states.
