Missing flight luggage tampered with

I RECENTLY took a flight from London to Kuala Lumpur via Paris. I took a British Airways flight from London to Paris (BA304) and then flight MH0021 from Paris to Kuala Lumpur (April 21, 2007).  

Upon arriving in KL, I was informed by a MAS personnel at the luggage carousel that my luggage was still in Paris. I then proceeded to lodge a complaint at the baggage services counter in KLIA.
