I REFER to your report, “Disabled by uncaring set-up” (The Star, Sept 25), referring to the facilities for disabled citizens using the public transport system, including one by RapidKL, a government-owned company entrusted to promote wider usage of public transport in towns and cities.
RapidKL should care for the financially disabled retirees as well as the physically disabled.
