THE Commercial Vehicles Licensing Board (CVLB) would like to refer to the letter by Saddened of Rawang (The Star, July 24).

CVLB has taken serious note of the poor limousine and stage bus service at KLIA and Petaling Jaya. In the past few months CVLB has taken action against errant taxi drivers and owners. Hence, CVLB would like Saddened to contact us and submit particulars. We assure Saddened that stern action will be taken against operators who flout the laws.
