Putrajaya building poorly maintained

I RECENTLY visited the Immigration Department in Putrajaya, and was amazed at the condition of a building that is so recently constructed. 

The vast majority of the granite tiles on the ground floor had water stains, indicating that the waterproofing of the building may have problems.
