RECENTLY, I shared my experience on this blog about being a witness to a break-in, in broad daylight, at an unoccupied mansion under renovation (When do we call the police?, Star Citizen’s Blog, Feb 4).
Some bloggers felt that I should have called the police, as I would have done my duty and it was up to them to show up or not. As luck would have it, I was once again unlucky enough to witness yet another break-in at the same place.
