Better terms for nurses needed to generate interest

THe health ministry has enlisted the help of the private sector to train more nurses rather than relying solely on the Government to do so. The result is that several private hospitals have started their own nursing schools.  

The rationale is that with more nurses available, there will be less poaching by private hospitals on government workers. Due to the rapid expansion of private medical care, there is also a sudden surge in the demand for trained and experienced personnel to staff their hospitals.
