I REFER to the letter,“Open burning rife in Klang” , by Dinesh Kumaran, (The Star, Sept 10).
Residents, like me, in Kota Kemuning and the surrounding areas are also affected by the open burning. And there seems to be a systematic way this irresponsible act is being carried out.
