LET’S get our focus right in the controversial Approved Permit (AP) issue – while there is a great deal of talk over the monopoly by the Kings of APs, there is little debate on how to prevent abuses.  

What we have heard plenty of so far are views from politicians and businessmen who have given us the impression, rightly or wrongly, that they are upset because they failed to get the APs. In a morbid way, they probably wished their names were on the list.
