I welcome the recent call by a top Transport Ministry official for bus passengers to report their feedback on bus services to the Commercial Vehicle Licensing Board and for the setting up of a mechanism to act on this feedback.

In this spirit, I would like to share my experiences of using buses for long distance travels in the hope that the relevant authorities will take note of them, and also for the benefit of others intending to use buses for inter-state travels.
