I DISAGREE with the Penang state government proposal to have a second bridge linking Penang Island and the mainland at a cost of RM2.7bil.
Instead of spending that much money and waiting for years for a return on investment, why not develop Seberang Prai and transfer the federal and state government administrative functions to the mainland?
