WE REFER to the letters, “Department should be proactive over loans”, (The Star, Nov 6) and “No study loan due to ambiguity”,(The Star, Oct 23).
When the National Higher Education Fund was established, the International Medical University was one of the first private institutions to approach the fund to allow its students to apply for the loan.
