I REFER to your report, “Water tariff in Klang Valley set to rise by 2-4%”, (The Star, Sept 21).
One of the reasons given for the rise is that it is unfair for Perbadanan Urus Air Selangor Bhd (PUAS) to bear the cost of non-revenue water.
