CUEPACS, the umbrella body for public-sector unions, is to adopt a proactive approach in negotiating for a better salary structure for its members.
Instead of just allowing the Public Service Department to offer them any salary adjustment, Cuepacs will get the assistance of consultants to prepare a blueprint for submission to the PSD for consideration.
