Ruling will cause Express Tag users to lose out

THE directive from the Works Ministry to disallow all existing toll collecting systems except the Touch'n Go is bewildering.

I shuttle between Kota Kemuning and Cheras on the Kesas Highway daily. As an Express Tag user for the past four years and Touch'n Go card user for six years, there is no question that the Express Tag is more efficient in terms of toll clearance time and convenience of reloading, manual or auto.
