BY DECLARING war on snatch thieves, the police are finally giving such crimes the attention they deserve. Criminal Investigations Department director Comm Datuk Musa Hassan has declared such criminals Public Enemy Number One.
His reaction follows the recent case in which a clerk Chin Wai Fun died as a result of a fall caused by a motorist who tried to snatch her handbag.
