I HAVE been living in the Burhanuddin Helmi area of Taman Tun Dr Ismail for 15 years. For the past one year or so we have had our water supply disrupted because of broken pipes.
When we ring the water authority the answer we get is: “The pipes have broken. They are old pipes.”
