Physical training will be based on trainees strength

MANY selected national service trainees and their parents have expressed worries that the physical training module of the programme would be a torture camp with physically taxing activities, strict discipline and harsh living conditions. 

To ally their fears and apprehensions, the National Service Training Council (NSTC) organised a media trip to one of the training sites in Kuala Nerang, Kedah, recently and invited pressmen to see for themselves how the training was conducted and the facilities available.
