OVER dinner on Valentine's Day last year, two good friends discussed their idea of setting up a shop to sell stuff for children.
Six months later, the result of that discussion came into being in the form of Little Luxuries, which specialises in hand-painted children's furniture, and selling clothes, accessories and educational toys.
