THE illegal dumping of toxic waste by irresponsible entrepreneurs is not shocking news, “RM12mil waste disposal cost shocks S’gor exco” (The Star, Dec 4). 

The high cost could be one of the reasons for the culprits disposing of the paint sludge and glue illegally in Kuala Selangor.
