Civil service should strive for ‘zero complaints’

THE civil service should take steps to strive for “zero complaints” in efforts to upgrade efficiency and promote excellence in line with Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi’s wish to eliminate red tape, fight corruption, simplify approval processes and provide quality service and customer satisfaction. 

The Prime Minister’s directive to all government frontline offices to introduce customer satisfaction forms at their counters to gauge how customers rate their services has been well received by the public.
