FROM all indicators, the Multimedia Super Corridor continues to grow from strength to strength. Phase Two of the project was launched on Friday and will run until 2010.
The MSC remains a highly ambitious project, and one that has overcome its share of obstacles. The Asian financial crisis in the late 1990s and the bursting of the Internet business bubble more recently have been significant problems in its development.
