Stricter enforcement needed to combat smoking

THE anti-smoking groups seem to be as pleased as punch over the Government's intention to ratify the first international treaty on tobacco control this month. 

They appear to believe once this has been done, it will be easier for the Government to deal with the industry's marketing strategies of targeting the young.
