Cut red tape when hiring foreign professionals

IT IS time for the respective ministries and departments involved in the recruitment of foreign workers to work together to enable these professionals to start work with minimum delay. 

The present delay in the recruitment of foreign doctors and specialists has resulted in the inability of the Health Ministry to fill hundreds of such vacancies.
