THE motorcycle nuisance has been around for far too long and it is about time our authorities learned from our neighbours.  

Vietnam is aggressively promoting a serious alternative for millions of motorcycle owners in an effort to clamp the menace that Malaysians are all too familiar with here. The “granny mobiles” are purported to be the safer and wiser option as these electricity-powered motorcycles can clock a 50kph non-stop run or about 40kph on errands around town.
