I READ with interest the letter, “Problems of dealing with the unknown”, (The Star, April 5) and agree with nearly everything NIPAH says.
However, like most people, NIPAH believes the control of an epidemic can be very difficult when we do not know what we are dealing with and that it is easy once we know the causative agent.
