Astro needs to work on sales tactic

ASTRO has launched the Emperor package. Subscribers are told if Astro does not hear from them by April 21, it would automatically upgrade their current subscription to include the package (and of course, charge accordingly) so as to avoid disruption to their viewing. Note the customer care angle to justify its unethical sales tactic.

Subscribers are told this by way of a letter, sent by ordinary mail. Spare a thought for those who may not know about this for whatever reason, who may be abroad, who may not have received the letter, who may be illiterate or who may have thought it is junk mail.
