Use shock tactics in campaign

I WOULD like to add to the Comment by V.K. Chin, Feb 12, on “Killers on the road”. I feel driven to add that there are also other aspects that lead to deaths on the road, one of which is people who do stupid things.

Motorcyclists top the list. Not only do they think they do not have to follow the rules of the road, including driving in the same direction as the traffic flow in their lane, but also by not wearing helmets and putting their young children with no helmets on the bikes with them. Surely there is an age restriction for children allowed on a motorcycle, even as a passenger, and the number of people on it.
