Factors to consider before lowering interest rate

BANK Negara Malaysia should ponder long and carefully before lowering the interest rate further in orderto stimulate the economy to ensure that the nation achieve a reasonable growth target. 

There are reports that the central bank is considering this course of action and this has been the favourite method being used to maintain economic growth.
