State must work hard to protect its image

As MALACCA is developing into a tourism destination, I would like to highlight my concern over some issues which might project a negative image to both local and foreign visitors, especially during weekends and festive seasons.

One can see many beggars at tourist spots like the night markets, hawker stalls and temples. Perhaps, a club or committee can be set up by the state government to handle this problem.
