MOST parts of Selangor and Kuala Lumpur are now under an enhanced movement control order (MCO), a painful but necessary move given the rise in Covid-19 cases in the Klang Valley.
Selangor and Kuala Lumpur have recorded case incidents of more than 12.1 per 100,000 residents. There has been an average of 1,800 to 1,900 cases daily in Selangor and between 600 and 1,000 in Kuala Lumpur.
