TAN Sri Dr Koh Tsu Koon is still some sort of yesterday’s man in Penang politics. He had to shoulder the blame for Barisan Nasional’s defeat in Penang and has kept a low profile since retiring from politics.

The former Chief Minister has been working on his memoirs which will be serialised in Kwong Wah Yit Poh a Chinese vernacular paper with a popular base in Penang,
