MOSCOW, Nov. 4 (Xinhua) -- A Ukrainian drone struck a minibus carrying people in the Rakitinsky District of Belgorod region, killing three civilians, including an eight-year-old child, the regional governor Alexander Shuvaev said on Wednesday.
"In the vicinity of Soldatskoye village in the Rakitinsky District, a drone of the Ukrainian forces deliberately targeted a civilian minibus. Ukrainian terrorists cold-bloodedly struck the vehicle carrying ordinary people. A man, a woman and a young boy died on the scene from fatal injuries before an ambulance arrived. They aimed precisely, knowing they were destroying an innocent family," the governor said.
According to Shuvaev, the minibus sustained severe damage.
