Russia's foreign trade surplus rises to 13.97 bln USD in March


MOSCOW, May 14 (Xinhua) -- Russia's foreign trade surplus rose to 13.97 billion U.S. dollars in March 2026, up by 1.68 billion dollars compared with the same period last year, according to data released by the Russian central bank on Thursday.

The surplus also increased by 8.89 billion dollars month on month, the data showed.

Russia's exports in March climbed by 5.6 billion dollars year on year to 41.06 billion dollars, while imports increased by 3.93 billion dollars to 27.1 billion dollars.
